Our lab is working toward developing a robust and adaptable pipeline that can be deployed during future pandemics caused by any microorganism. This pipeline will be built upon currently published methodologies and will introduce innovative solutions to enhance the applicability of CryoLo and CryoET techniques. The goal is to optimize the workflows and data processing strategies, making them more suitable and translatable for drug development efforts
